Delete your VOS account and associated data
Virtually OnSite LLC provides this page for VOS users who want their account and associated personal data permanently removed. You can submit a request here even if you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in.
How verification works
- Submit the email address used for your VOS account.
- Open the verification email and explicitly confirm the request within 24 hours.
- VOS reviews account and workspace ownership, then completes deletion or anonymization within 90 days unless specific information must be retained by law.
- We send a completion notice to the verified email address.
Data included in deletion
- Your VOS profile, contact information, authentication data, and active login sessions.
- Push-notification device registrations and personal preferences connected only to your account.
- Workspace content you own and are authorized to delete, including sessions, recordings, screenshots, notes, and WorkFlow evidence.
Data that may be retained
- Billing, payment, tax, or transaction records retained when required for financial or legal compliance.
- Limited security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or audit records retained only for a legitimate business or legal requirement.
- Shared workspace records controlled by another organization. VOS removes or anonymizes your personal identifiers where appropriate.
Backup copies are removed through normal backup rotation. Account data is deleted or anonymized within 90 days unless a longer period is legally required. See the VOS Privacy Policy.
Workspace owners and subscriptions
If you are the only workspace owner, VOS may need to confirm whether the workspace should be deleted or transferred and whether an active subscription should be canceled. Submitting this form starts that support flow; you do not need to reinstall the app.
