Information you provide: When you create an account or contact us, we collect your name, work email address, company name, and billing information. Team members added by an administrator may also provide their name and email.

Session data: When support sessions are conducted through the Service, we process video, audio, and any annotations created during those sessions. If recording is enabled by the session organizer, this content is stored on your organization's behalf.

Usage and technical data: We automatically collect standard web access logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and session duration. This data is used for security, performance monitoring, and product improvement.

Cookies: We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Session recordings are stored according to your organization's plan and retention settings. You may delete recordings at any time from your account. Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days unless retention is required by law.

6. Security

We implement organizational and technical safeguards including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@vos.live.
